YouTube and DRM-protected video can't be saved on either plan.
Already bought Pro?
On a new device, find your license key on the "My orders" page and enter it in the extension under Settings → Pro. You can cancel a subscription or change your payment method there too.

Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards and the wallets our payment provider supports. The checkout page shows what's available to you.
Can I use one purchase on another PC?
Yes. One license activates up to 5 of your own devices or browsers, and you can mix Chrome and Edge. Deactivate a device you no longer use in the extension settings to free a slot.
Does the lifetime license include updates?
Yes. It never expires and future updates come at no extra cost.
What happens if I cancel the yearly plan?
Only the next payment stops. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on the free plan. Files you saved stay where they are.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of payment, we refund in full, no questions asked. See the refund policy for details.
How is the free limit counted?
Each video download counts when it starts, and a slot opens again once the oldest download is more than 3 hours old. Failed or canceled downloads are given back, and saving the same video again counts once. Saving images and converting files you already have don't count. The panel shows what's left, like "Free 1/2".
